By accessing the Site, booking a discovery call, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
Exterminet Agency provides website design, branding, search engine optimization (SEO), and lead-generation services for pest control businesses. Details of a specific engagement, including scope, pricing, and timeline, will be confirmed separately with each client, typically following a discovery call.
Discovery calls booked through the Site are provided for informational purposes to discuss your business needs and determine whether our Services are a good fit. Booking a call does not create a binding contract for Services; any paid engagement will be governed by a separate agreement or invoice between you and Exterminet Agency.
Exterminet Agency offers a 100% refund guarantee on our work, as described on the Site. The specific terms, conditions, and timeframe of this guarantee will be confirmed in writing as part of your service agreement. Where a conflict exists between the Site’s general marketing description of the guarantee and your written service agreement, the written service agreement controls.
Fees for Services will be agreed upon prior to the start of work and set out in a proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, payments are non-refundable except as provided under our guarantee described in Section 3.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, portfolio work, and the “Ultimate Pest Control Website Blueprint,” is the property of Exterminet Agency or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our media or materials without our prior written permission. Unauthorized imitation or duplication of our media as a representation of your own work may result in legal action.
Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final deliverables (such as the finished website) will transfer to you as set out in your service agreement, excluding any third-party tools, stock assets, or pre-existing Exterminet Agency frameworks used to build it.
We may showcase completed client work, including website designs and results, in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Any free guides, blueprints, or resources offered on the Site (such as the Google Business Profile guide) are provided for general informational purposes only and marked for internal use where indicated. They do not constitute professional, legal, or marketing advice specific to your business, and results from applying them are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

While we are confident in the quality of our work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, traffic, or revenue results from our Services, except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exterminet Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, including for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. Termination of a paid Services engagement will be governed by the terms of your individual service agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or for legal or operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Exterminet Agency operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
